After evaluating several purchase offers, Artémis Domaines selected TEVC’s proposal, as it provides the best assurances for preserving the expertise of this iconic Champagne House.
TEVC aims to continue the legacy of founder Apolline Henriot and the remarkable history of this Reims-based family dynasty, with the support of its teams, partners, wine-growers, and global distributors. Champagne Henriot’s international reputation, commitment to traditional distribution channels, unique connection with the Vineyard family, and prestigious standing align perfectly with TEVC’s premiumization strategy.
The transaction will be subject to customary regulatory approvals.
